Your Day Rate will provide you access to all sessions and include two lunches. If you desire the hotel’s breakfast, and did not stay overnight, you will need to visit the front desk staff and purchase breakfast directly for $12. Breakfast is included if you stay overnight at the Ayers Hotel.
IF YOU ARE STAYING OVERNIGHT, YOU WILL COMPLETE TWO TRANSACTIONS. Your first transaction will be with Ebb Life Global Retreats at the Day Rate Access ($99 until 4/30). Your second transaction will be directly with Ayers Hotel.

Enjoy a 20% discount on your room
Guests can access the discount by contacting the Ayers Hotel’s front desk directly and requesting the Special Event Discount

We recommend early bookings, as Ayers Hotel Rialto/Fontana rates may vary depending on occupancy.
Guests do have 24 hours prior to arrival to cancel rooms, at no charge.

Refund Policy
At Ebb Life Global Retreats, we value the trust you place in us when you book your retreat. To ensure clarity, we have established the following refund policy:
General Terms
Cancellation Notification: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@ebblifeglobalretreats.com
Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the cancellation request.
Cancellation Scenarios
More than 60 days before the retreat: Full refund minus a non-refundable deposit of $50.
30 to 60 days before the retreat: 50% refund of the total cost.
Less than 30 days before the retreat: No refund will be issued.
Special Circumstances
For health-related issues or unexpected emergencies, documentation may be required for consideration of a refund for last-minute cancellations.
Transfer Policy
If you wish to transfer your spot to another individual, please notify us at least 14 days before the retreat. A transfer fee may apply.
